The intention was to create an 'invisible' extension to the old listed vernacular building belonging to the Architects parents.
A very tight budget meant that the conservatory was single glazed, but the use of structural glass beams and columns, all very carefully and minimally detailed, gives it an elegance that belies the financial constraints.
